workin' it

Week two begins. 4:30 a.m. still comes reeeeally early.  This morning I should have probably weighed in, but I didn't. "Body Blast" continues to kick my sorry butt.  However, I am happy to report that it doesn't kick my butt nearly as hard on week two as it did the first few times.  I can feel my endurance and strength building.  So I guess progress is being made.  I'm just not ready to see it on a scale quite yet.  Maybe next week this time.
