I've been blessed with three of the greatest gifts in the world; my husband of 12 years, Manny, and 2 fantastic little boys, Elijah & Ezekiel.
I enjoy reading, the beach, sweet tea, reading on the beach while drinking sweet tea. And photography. And reading about photography on the beach. And obviously, photographing the beach!
I love Jesus and want my marriage and home to show it. My goal in this season of life is to love my husband, nurture my children, and serve God's people.
These are some of the sweetest days I've seen yet. They are chaotic, full, exciting days. Join me along our journey as my little famiy tries to enjoy this wild ride while it lasts!
Manny is the husband of this here family. He's 33 years old, from South El Monte, CA, youngest brother to 7 siblings. His talents include: playing guitar, driving a forklift, making things out of wood, putting on roofs, and cooking a mean grilled cheese sandwich.
Elijah
Elijah Daniel is our firstborn- our precocious 4-year-old! Has the funniest sense of humor and makes us laugh at least a hundred times a day. His favorite color is yellow... only yellow, all the time (and don't you forget it)! He is crazy about heavy equipment, John Deere, trains, and anything with a siren. He loves to do yardwork, swim, color, work puzzles, make up jokes, and organize things. He's super smart, thinks he knows everything, and is a perfectionist. I think just maybe he got that part from his Mommy. ;)
Ezekiel
Ezekiel Joseph had is first birthday in July.
He's our adorable second son who perpetually sports a mohawk hairdo. His amazing talents include: climbing anything imaginable, feeding himself with a fork, flashing deep-dimpled snaggle-toothed grins, and doing some pretty good animal impersonations.
A few years ago, Lori was reunited with her son, who she gave up for adoption at birth. Since then, God has been so gracious to them, restoring their lost years and giving them a beautiful relationship. Lori's celebrated her birthday last week, and as a gift her family wanted them to have photos taken of everyone together. After seeing these she expressed to me the tears they brought and how much it means to her. In a way, these are symbolic of what the Lord has blessed her with, despite her thinking that all was lost. A few years ago she never would have believed such a family photo was possible. I'm thrilled I was a part of it.
Unfortunatley, all my favorite shots were on another disk. You'll just have to settle for my non-favorites. :)
