7 Months

So Ezekiel just turned 7 months old.

To celebrate, he got his first tooth on Sunday (the lower left central incisor).

Also he's a rolling maniac! In fact, if he can help it, he never spends more than 3 seconds on his back.

Plus! The craziest part is that he's suuuuper close to crawling. He scoots his little bottom up in the air, pushes all the way up on his hands and wiggles ever so slightly forward. It won't be long before he figures out how to get on all fours... then WATCH OUT people!! I'm kind of sad his baby stage is almost over so quickly. Because I know that once he crawls our world as we know it will never be the same! For one thing, since its still winter we'll have to worry about him getting too close to the wood-burner. Danger! And I want him to be my little baby for as long as possible. [sniff sniff]

Yesterday we went to pick up some things at the store for Manny's birthday (which is today!) and since Elijah is a big boy now and walks in stead of riding in the cart, Zeke got to ride sitting up in the cart in stead of his car seat. He LOVED it! He looked at everything and "talked" to me the whole time! So big... and so cute!

In other milestone news... he devours carrots, loves cereal, kind of likes peas, and tolerates sweet potatoes when mixed with apples.

I don't know how much he weighs right now since we don't go to the Dr. until next week. By the way, Wednesday we go see the pediatric urologist.
