Thank the Lord that my husband is handy! This morning he went and bought some siding to replace the damaged pieces and is working right now to get them installed.
And get this... it is a PERFECT match to the existing siding! It looks great. So the plan is to get that fixed then Manny will call the buyer directly and tell him we've done what they asked. He'll invite him and his wife to come take a look at it to see if it's acceptable to them. We figure this way we can bypass the nasty old agent who wants to make trouble.
I really hope Manny can get in touch w/the buyer before this afternoon so we can make our formal response to their agent by 6 pm. The clock is a'tickin...
I'll post more when I know something.
