I wish they would just respond already!
Yesterday we requested formally that the buyers come out and inspect the new siding w/their agent and our agent to find out if they accept the repairs. We were supposed to have an answer by 8:00 last night. Here we are 14 hours later and still no word. According to my agent, if they don't reply by the time listed on the form, that is considered acceptance by default. If this is true then we are in the clear. If not we might still have a battle to fight. Our agent did say that someone drove by the house and saw the partial repairs yesterday (Manny finished it last night). So at least we know that they see we're working on it.
ARGGHH! this is me being SUPER frustrated!
