Here he is last week, sitting up like a big kid.
those eyes... he likes to look at the TV. (I think he likes the flashing lights and colors.) Sometimes I let him watch Baby Einstein videos.

Check out the bath robe!! Isn't that a scream?! He LOVES bath time. I've recently started filling the big tub with just a few inches of water and letting him lay down in it. He kicks, splashes, and coos like crazy!! He's usually in there until the water gets cold and his fingers get pruney. He's always mad when it's time to get out.

My smiley guy. He really knows me now. When I come in the room he watches me and smiles at me. And when I talk to him he answers back with his sweet little baby coos and squeals. We usually can carry on a "conversation" for 5 minutes or more, with him just studying my face and mouth movements and trying to mimic me. It's the sweetest!! I can't wait until he can make real sounds like "ma" and "da" and stuff. I look forward to hearing his real voice.
He loves to stick out his tongue.

I took this after he had breakfast this morning. He got to snooze for a while with Daddy in our bed. How about those fat cheeks?
He's gaining more and more control of his hands and is learning to grasp things. The other day he was in his bouncer seat and got a hold of one of the little toys that dangle from it. He pulled with all his might, but it wouldn't come loose so he started screaming at it. He was mad at it for a while, but I think they've made amends now. He also likes to take his bib and bring it up over his face - it’s like he hiding from us or something.
