Elijah's little garden is thriving! Today he and my Mom harvested their first crop of spinach and lettuce. We're having salad tonight, baby! He was beaming with pride as he held up the bowl full of produce for me to view! Such accomplishment. As soon as I remember to bring my camera to Mom's house I'll post a photo or two.
Post Edit: the veggies were delish! Elijah ate 4 helpings. :)
