Ok. We have accepted another offer on our house (in Evansville). This time I'm ok with the price and it certainly seems more likely that these people will actually follow through with the purchase. They are pre-approved and are quite anxious/excited to buy it and move in. I'm too burned from the past terrible experiences to get hopeful yet. I know not to let myself think this too far ahead. At this point, I'll believe it when I get the check in hand. No sooner. Anyway, this seems to be good news for the time being.
We had lunch at PF Chang on Friday.
